MOM of the Month: October

Welcome back to our monthly #MEETTHEMAMAS series where we feature our MAMAS here at FIT4MOM Folsom + EDH. Today, let's meet our OCTOBER MOM: Mom Of the Month - a mama who embodies all that is FIT4MOM: Strong, Kind and Beautiful, inside and out.

Stacey C. is our October MOM, and mama to Weston and pregnant with baby girl, due this month in October!! Stacey is one of our original Stroller Strides + Stroller Barre members and we just ADORE her.

From day one, Stacey has helped our village grow through her smile, laughter and positivity, day in and day out. She ensures our instructors stay on top of their game when it comes to our warm-up QUESTION OF THE DAY, and is one of the highest attending mamas coming to class 5+ days per week ... while rocking her beautiful baby bump and all.

Let's meet our October MOM, Stacey!

Hometown? Danville, California.

Tell us about who is in your family! My amazing husband Cody, our son Weston (1.5) and we have a baby girl on the way!

Current/previous career? I am so thankful that I get to be a stay-at-home mom, but before I had kids I owned my own spa and worked as an esthetician.

What was your childhood ambition? I was always putting on dance and singing performances for family and friends. It wasn’t until later in life I realized I had no talent!

What does motherhood mean to you? Motherhood means sleepless nights, big belly laughs, unconditional love, snuggles, selflessness, getting to see the world through your child’s eyes and having someone walk around with my heart in their tiny hands.

What is the furthest you have been away from home? I traveled to Greece all by myself; one of the best decisions I have ever made!

How did you find FIT4MOM? I had just moved to the area and found an ad in a magazine that was left at the house. It was a sign!!

How has FIT4MOM impacted your life? It has made the transition to moving to a new place so much easier! The friendships that I have made feel like they will be life long. It has also kept my booty in shape my entire pregnancy.

Favorite exercise? If I’m not sweating it out at FIT4MOM I really enjoy running and doing Pilates.

Proudest moment? The day I became a mom ... too cliche?

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us? I know American Sign Language.
