Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms. We have a supported, virtual program or a in person run day version. No running experience required!

Our Barre class is full this morning (with a waitlist) and it makes our Mama hearts so happy to be able to come together again (with all precautions, distance and plenty of sanitizer). Stroller Barre is different than your typical studio class and it will kick your booty in the best way! Cardio intervals mixed with barre, Pilates and ballet moves and ending with upper body strength. It’s SO good! Join us every Wednesday at Kemp at 9:15 for some Barre goodness.

Run Club is HERE! Join us for 8 weeks of training with our Nationally Certified Running Coach @lauracruns and work you way towards a 5k, 10k or just focus on building speed, perfecting form, or conquering hills.
