Hi! My name is Brie De Alba, I am the proud owner of FIT4MOM Folsom Lake.

A little bit about me, I'm a first time mama to Sutton (18 Months). I love coffee, diet coke, traveling, and getting out and exploring. I have a hard time staying home. Before becoming a mom I taught 1st grade for 10 years.

I’ve been a FIT4MOM member since May 2025, and this community truly saved me as a new mom. I was nervous to attend my first class, I was just 6 weeks postpartum and in the thick of newborn life. What I didn't know was attending that first class would change everything. I immediately fell in love with the classes and the village. I found so much strength, support, and friendship in being surrounded by mamas in the same phase of life.

If I could give you one piece of advice, it would be to come try a class. You never know where it may lead you!
