Every Friday FIT4MOM Folsom Lake offers a fun and stimulating playgroup for your littles! Whether it be music or story time, a craft or sensory play, both Mama and baby will have a good time! These events are always FREE to the community. Come join us!!

Moms Night Out: SUP and SIP!

Come out and join us for a relaxing evening on the water! We have invited our local FIT4MOM franchises to come together and have some mom-only time. Come fill your cup by taking a break and connecting with both mother nature, and other mothers just like you! All are welcome :)
